Always been happy with the service from this store, Matty is always very friendly and sorts any issues I've had. recently re-doing a key for my gran who had it cut at another Timsons store the day prior. He got it sorted for her and it worked perfectly. Cheers Matty.

My mother in law put her watch in for repair, this watch had been one of the last gifts from her departed husband. This process started in June by July they had lost the watch and had to send a form to make a claim which took 4 weeks to sort out. They did cover the cost of the watch but it was the sentimental value and trust in the service and Timpson lost.

The service here is just awful ! Took my watch into the Stockton Heath branch of Timpsons for a new battery . Whilst inserting the battery the guy broke the watch and said it would have to be sent off for repair . Nobody from Timpsons has bothered to call me with an update so i have taken it upon myself to chase . Four calls later and despite being told it would be back today , yes you’ve guessed it they havent got a clue when it will be returned to me . Took suit to be cleaned for our daughters wedding ,he said that mark would come out, and the trouser mark, picked it up the suit smells of grease and mark is still on jacket and trousers, not pressed / creased, waited 2 weeks no email saying it’s ready, taking it back for a refund and taking it to another one
