My local Timpson is inside a Morrisons supermarket. It's convenient, well stocked and has the full range of services. The guy who looked after me was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my requirement and then gave me several solutions, explaining them. I got exactly what I needed, which also happened to be the lowest cost option, cheaper even than something from the online vendors! 5 stars for customer service, product and value!

I went to Morrison’s Ilkeston for a car key repair and additional remote fob. Service has been A1 from start to finish. Fantastic service, communication and clear pricing. Thanks again

I don’t usually leave reviews but this merits one. I’ve just been quoted £24:95 to change the battery in a car key. Took it to County Batteries round the corner and was done in less than a minute for £3. I didn’t fall for this rip-off but someone’s aged relative might have done. Avoid.

My wife took my 3 piece wedding suite, plus two shirts into Timpson, Morrisons Ilkeston to be dry cleaned. After a couple of days before opening it to check out the “Great Service by Great People” I find strands of cotton on my suit jacket & an unbelievable amount of long hairs on both of my shirts. I only wanted them dry cleaned, not covered in hairs, is it to much to ask for after paying an expensive price!
