Awful service. I got to the kiosk at 13:20 and a sign said “Back at 13:30”. 14:10 and still no sign. Hour of my day wasted. Wouldn’t use again.

Popped in today to have our driving licence photos taken, also found you do car key fob batteries replaced. Excellent service, by a very pleasant young man.
The service today, 22/8/25, was absolutely appalling. I watched six customers leave in disgust after waiting over 15 minutes for the staff member to return. That never did. Morrisons security advised us that they went to Markfield and couldn’t give anyone an ETA of their return, even after calling them. After calling customer services, they advised there should have been a time when the back-open clock left near the till that clearly wasn’t left out. As a result, you have lost sales and future customers.
Really helpful, he knew exactly what I needed and served me really quickly. Will definitely come back.
