I visit the Thornton-Cleveleys branch in Morrisons Cleveleys most weeks for my dry cleaning and majority of the time its excellent. Last week was not the case. I dropped my suit off last Tuesday expecting to get it back for the weekend. I normally get a text message 2/3 days later saying my order is ready. I left it til Friday then called up to check if it was ready. The lady Rina, is very rude and like everything is an effort, I’ve been using Timpson for years and love the ethos and what they have have achieved with rehabilitation but cant be bothered with people with attitudes.
