I cannot thank Julie in your Dewsbury Road store enough for the kindness and care she gave me when I took my Red Tailcoat and Trousers in for button repairs and cleaning. I have two key family members with serious illnesses just now and Julie was so thoughtful, patient and attentive. She was just so pleasant and absolutely nothing was a problem, despite the various things I needed to have done. Lost my quilt offered 40.00 to replace a 90.00 quilt and i also paid for dry cleaning. Will never use again customer service appauling. Ok if you have a cheap one. Cannot be replaced now as they do not sell them.
Not happy they have managed to lose a 90 pound quilt and offered me 40 pounds and charged me £26:50 so they offered me £13:50 complete joke how hard is it to wash a quilt and lose it in a small shop..
