Excellent service, would definitely recommend James, we use him regularly for sorting out watches, re-sole of shoes and boots, and the many keys we have had, he has never let me down and has been very efficient. It's not very offen these days you get great customer service!! But Jamie is a credit to timpsons.
Been in there a few times. Served by James. Always so helpful and watched him serve others and seems to go above and beyond to get results the customer wants. He’s open and transparent about any bigger issues giving customer the choice whether to proceed or not. Great guy

James (Tesco Oldings Corner Hatfield) deserves six stars - at least! I bought a replacement branded LiftMaster garage door remote control. Programming the key didn't work. LiftMaster had sent to wrong instructions. Got the right instructions but the remote would still not programme. James returned the unit to LiftMaster and ordered a replacement. James was asked to install a bracelet on my rolex submariner. The watch was immaculate beforehand. He managed to scratch all four lugs as well as damaging the cut outs for the spring bars. I would have done less damage had I just tried to do it myself. Do not trust this place with your watch.
