Really appreciated the free repair of my boots after the sole became unstuck a few months after the original repair. I expected to pay for this, so was pleasantly surprised and wanted to say a public thank you
There is a guy called Jamie in there, he is so helpful and does an incredible job every time, he has never let me down and does a outstanding job every time. If only The world had more Jamie's, top man... it's a shame more companies don't have a Jamie. Service with a smile, top notch service, I will only use Jamie for all my Timpsons needs.
Been in there a few times. Served by James. Always so helpful and watched him serve others and seems to go above and beyond to get results the customer wants. He’s open and transparent about any bigger issues giving customer the choice whether to proceed or not. Great guy
EXCELLENT SERVICE! I bought a new watch from Rotary, although allegedly being water proofed, the first time in water it leaked. I let it dry out and it began working again. However two months later it stopped - I phoned Rotary customer services and was told a battery life of less than 9 months was not unusual! I then had the battery replaced at Timpsons and the watch was fine until I went swimming when it leaked again, dials of the watch face fell off and it never worked again. Just popped past to cut x2 front door keys and wad told £56, Really, what an absolute joke to cut 2 door keys, il go to the town centre tomorrow and pay under £20 for them to be cut. Don't you want the business, at these crazy prices i can't see anyone using these guys.
