I had a very pleasant experience at Timpson today. The service was exceptional, and the man who helped me, was not only talented but also incredibly helpful. My watch strap was expertly repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the result. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets this store apart. Exceptional. I wish all Timpsons were like this branch! I was fobbed off at multiple other branches with a colourful array of excuses -- my watch was too old, my watch was unfixable, my watch better off being fully replaced. None of them wanted (or were too scared) to take on the job, so made out it couldn't be done. The guy in Rose Street, however, said 'no problem', took the watch on and, while admitting the job was tricky one, completed it in a timely and professional manner, charging only £60.
