I’d like to give a 5* rating to the lovely Wendy. I have always had my watch straps and batteries from Timpsons. This morning I knocked my wrist rather hard again the table and the watch strap came apart at the pin. I called in to the store and Wendy very kindly repaired it for me, despite her just going off on a break. I wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for her going above and beyond, as she could quite easily have said no.
