Well what a fantastic experience I have had today at Timpsons at Tesco Glossop. I didn’t catch a name of the person who provided a fabulous complex battery changing service for a car key and two pin sentries so I can do my mother’s banking, but he was great. Efficient, informative, helpful and put a good deal together. I would definitely use this service again. Thank you
I would like let the head office know how outstanding the level of customer service from the Glossop Timpsons I have experienced. Last week I couldn’t open my car and was completely stuck, one of Stuart the managers staff went beyond all expectations to help me. Works of kindness above and beyond expectations should be noted and rewarded.
Went to get a battery put into a new watch. Friendly staff, clear communication. Will definitely use them again.
