Went in today to get some keys cut today, all the gentleman did was complain about how he spilt his brew, he forgot his tobacco, he forgot his medication along side a lot of verbal language, I could tell he was in a mood but it’s not for us customers for it to be taken out on. I think he needs a review of some sort to make sure he is stable enough for the job as he confirmed to me he isn’t and “all they do is employ retards” which I find is a insult against the rest of the company.
