Wow wow wow! Garry at Timpson's in Stourbridge is such a wonderful person who has just spent 30 mins, whilst the shop was quiet, telling me all of the incredible thing that Timpson's do to support foster carers - free books about foster care, grants, and free holidays! Thanks Garry! Antonio from Ideal Fostering ❤️
I took a door key to get some copies cut and there was an offer of 3 keys for £19. I had the keys cut and came home, only to find that none of the 3 keys fitted the lock - I'm not going to name and shame, but I had to go back again the next day. The Manager, Chris, was on duty and he promptly cut another 3 keys for me which all work perfectly! Thanks Chris! You are a complete star!
Visited over the weekend to get watch strap fixed. Served by Jack. Very impressed with his service. Definitely recommend.
Super service from John, very friendly. Fast and efficient.. recommended.
Ryan goes above and beyond the call of duty. One of the nicest, kindest man I have ever met. Was so helpful and ensured the car key was working for my son. Would highly recommend for anything. Ryan deserves a recognition for hard work and dedication from Timpsons.
