Very poor service, refused to put a battery in a watch as closing in an hour. Drove to Timpson Merry Hill centre, great service and battery replaced in under 10 minutes
Ryan goes above and beyond the call of duty. One of the nicest, kindest man I have ever met. Was so helpful and ensured the car key was working for my son. Would highly recommend for anything. Ryan deserves a recognition for hard work and dedication from Timpsons.
Got a key cut. It didn't work.in the lock. Went back to the shop to explain. The lady there took the key and twiddled about it. When I tried the key again, it still didn't work. I didn't bother going back for a third time.
Visited to get 4 keys cut for my employer, the store manager was really friendly and helpful. Was able to cut the keys while i went shopping elsewhere, and when i returned, all keys were ready. Also enquired about my vehicle key, and he tested and said it didn't need a new battery rather than unnecessarily replace it. Great honest service, will definitely visit again.
Met the wizard of keys. An ultra nice helpful man who didn’t even ask to see a receipt or make any excuses. He happily recut two keys accepted a mistake had been made. No fuss and impeccable manners. They talk about their people being great. The wizard may indeed have been a great wizard!
