Very poor service, refused to put a battery in a watch as closing in an hour. Drove to Timpson Merry Hill centre, great service and battery replaced in under 10 minutes
Visited to get 4 keys cut for my employer, the store manager was really friendly and helpful. Was able to cut the keys while i went shopping elsewhere, and when i returned, all keys were ready. Also enquired about my vehicle key, and he tested and said it didn't need a new battery rather than unnecessarily replace it. Great honest service, will definitely visit again.
Met the wizard of keys. An ultra nice helpful man who didn’t even ask to see a receipt or make any excuses. He happily recut two keys accepted a mistake had been made. No fuss and impeccable manners. They talk about their people being great. The wizard may indeed have been a great wizard!
A couple of weeks back took my coat in as having an issue with the zip. Really did his best to try and fix it. Really polite and friendly. Due to the nature of the problem, it wasn't quite fixable but didn't charge a penny for trying! Really fantastic customer service 👍
Excellent. Took my watch in to get a battery replaced and the staff member serving me also fixed the clasp free of charge. Great price too. Thanks for your help.
