Great service from this branch. Got some keys cut promptly and worked perfectly. Much better (and quicker) than the machines which have replaced some branches. After having a few negative experiences with the machines.
Came in to have links removed out of a brand new watch on Friday 27th afternoon and was greeted by a man with dark hair who straight away wasn’t overly pleasant. He had the watch for 10 minutes and handed it back and told us he can’t do it as the links have been hammered in. After further inspection of the watch there are mini scratches around the link hole, which is upsetting as I have paid a lot of money for this as a present.
Advertised as open until 5.30pm. Turned up at 5pm and the server can’t do a 5 minute job because he’s closing up now.
Totally impressed, I left my watch and picked it up after I finished shopping. The young man was so nice and I observed him with other customers, so kind and helpful. Well done, he’s an asset to the company..
Excellent service from the young chap working there today. He helped us to print our photos whilst juggling other customers and keeping us all happy. Thank you
