Lee offered an outstanding service. He not only put new batteries in my watches but he repaired the leather straps. He didn’t need to do this. It was very kind and it means that I can now wear my watch. I know if I’d taken the watch to a different shop I wouldn’t have got this excellent service so a big thank you for Lee who goes over and above to help his customers.

I would like to thank Lee at ASDA Wolstanton. Extremely helpful, even though he didn't has the exact tools to do what I needed, he improvised, and was able to do what I needed with a small plaque that was very personal to me. Very kind and considerate. Thank you
What an excellent shop Manager. Left a shoe with his staff to have the sole reattached. On arrival to collect he said he would not have charged the amount shown on the ticket and gave me the shoe and said there would be no charge! When does that happen? Never!! So he upheld the Timpsons tradition of kindness. Will I go there again? Oh yes, you bet I will!!
Wow, I went there today expecting to leave a zippo lighter with them to be engraved, and well I left with it all done, I had Lee to to do the work and he was brilliant, I wasn't sure about the size, he helped and showed me different sizes I wasn't sure about the letters, again he showed me different letters, he didn't rush me to go with anything I wasn't happy with,, Lee helped me find exactly what I wanted as it was for my sons 21st birthday present, if I could give 6 stars for Lee's customer service and help I would, kee... read more
