PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE! I have went to fix clasp on my watch and got a faulty detail replaced, been refused to give a refund and told that they don’t issue refunds (which is a lie) then managed to get my refund for something that was a faulty pair someone who has called themselves a manager of the shop has shouted at me and threw my watch on the desk for me, later on proceeded to rip the faulty part from my watch and causing it damage to the bracelet.
