Thanks to Luke who provided a very prompt and helpful service yesterday sorting out my key fob remote that was getting ever more intermittent and worrying. Sorted in 45mins - excellent.

Small and very useful shop in a nice setting. Had two keys cut, which worked straight as well as the old ones. The price was right and the person (Steve) provided great service.
I phoned and asked "how much to cut a 2005 Polo key, just for the doors?" I was told £8. I went to town especially for this, with key. The nasty little man starts telling me "It won't start the engine." I told him I know. He then accuses me of wanting to sellotape the bean from the existing key to the lock so I could disable the ECU security, and starts telling me if I do that the car could crash. Took a watch in for a battery change, he charged £12.95 for 30 seconds, gave it me back and later on I found the second hand had come off. He obviously had decided not to tell me, but to take his £12.95 anyway. Pretty dodgy operator..
