Engraving Support Many thanks to Paul from the Bretton Team. Very knowledgable highlighting a potential risk around replacement parts for a high quality rosewood plaque. Also conscientious; another of the team took the information that was required to be engraved but Paul chose to wait for my return, have everything loaded up on the machine ready to go but double check the type face and sign off before proceeding. I would like to say a big Thank you to Paul in the Bretton Centre Timpsons. He was very helpful with taking my passport photo and explained the process and what I needed to do next. I also used the key cutting service and again Paul was very informative. Excellent customer service all round.
Visited today for passport photos. Super quick service we can use the code straightaway in the application to add the digital photo. No need to scan cut copy paste etc. Friendly staff, lots of other services too, used key cutting service before. Update: unfortunately I have to edit the review, the passport office rejected the photo as it doesn't meet standards. I used an app to take photo at home came out much better and accepted. Fast not always best.
Brilliant service by Paul at this particular branch - I visited to get some dry cleaning done and also to repair a car key that had snapped. Polite, efficient and good prices - will recommend to others ☺️
Came to get a passport photo for my 17m old son. It's never an easy task to get a toddler to sit still, but the sales assistant (George) was so helpful and patient with us. He was really accommodating and spent time making sure my son was comfortable before trying to get the picture. He was fantastic. Highly, highly recommend coming here for your ID photos!
