I've had my car battery changed twice by Zane and both times his customer servicer has been borderline celestial. The last time in particular, our interaction probably lasted about two minutes but in that time he a) exuded professionalism b) went above and beyond my rote request c) left me feeling with a renewed hope for humans one to one. A genuine pleasure. I hope he's constantly recognised.

I have recently collected some passport photos from your Thanet kiosk. I was served by Zayne and cannot praise his customer service enough, he’s polite and extremely professional. A great asset to Timpsons.
This guy just saved me £450……. I’d been to the Mini / BMW dealer with a Mini key that wouldn’t charge, their advice: new keys @ £500 the pair. Timpsons genius orders up 2 new parts and fits them, works perfectly again £50 for the pair!! Definitely give these guys a try with all your car key problems
