I usually hate to leave a bad review but, I do this hoping a good shop in Carmarthen becomes a little more inclusive. First time (months ago) I went in asking about a changing my soles; the person there told me in a very rude tone to get new shoes. Next time I went in with my neurodiverse child to get photos taken. The same person told me to go to a different place after not even a minute of me trying to make my child to make the right pose, my boy wasn’t even being disruptive. After reaching out to 6 different timpson stores in Carmarthenshire this was the only one that could fix my watch glass the same day! He did a brilliant job with a quick 10 minute turn around, I bought the watch from Vinted with broken glass for a trip to Disneyland, we are leaving tomorrow so it needed to be done today! The guy there was great, great service, great price and a skilled craftsman! Have used before and will use again! Will post before and after photos below.
Nige was fabulous. He really saved the day. My boots have never looked better. He was polite, friendly,well mannered and so helpful. Whatever Timpsons is paying him is not enough. Decent staff are hard to find. The world needs more like him.
My strap broke on my handbag this morning while shopping in Carmarthen. I popped into Timpsons and a very nice guy (with a beard ,maybe Nigel ?? ) said he could fix it for me. He did just this free of charge , very friendly and helpful and asked for me to pop a donation into the charity box which I was more than happy to do. Had my boots re-soled here a few times over the years. Good service thank you.
Danny at carmarthen store was friendly helpfull and coutious at all times explained everything to me what my options were and the best way to deal with my enquiry .thank you Danny for your service.
