I went to Timpson in Westfield to fix my handbag, which was missing two small rivets. Earlier that day, I had visited another Timpson branch, where the staff told me that the Westfield shop had the right tools for this kind of repair. When I arrived, the gentleman at Westfield was already closing up and vacuuming the floor.
