We had to get a key fob for the gate done. The service was fantastic professional and fast before my dad could even say what you needed the key fob for, it was done. Kyril served us, very polite, top-notch The customer service makes or breaks the business. Keep up the good work
Popped to Timpson in Sainsbury’s to get a job lot of keys cut and had a really good experience. Casper was so friendly and helpful, making sure everything was good. It’s rare to get such service with that much genuine care. Thanks Timpson, give that lad a promotion!!!

A very kind and friendly lady from Timpson helped me today by gluing the sole tips of my ankle boots as they don't have the shoe sewing machine there (she advised me the one in Enfield has one). A good temporary fix until I get to another Timpsons to get them sewed up. She finished quickly and neatly while I went for a quick shop in Sainsbury's. Thank you!
