Fantastic service from the Oxted branch. I took an old wind up watch in which hadn’t been used for 40 years….came out amazed that it was showing signs of life. Very grateful to the master technician and his very personable co-worker. Can’t recommend enough! Thanks very much.
Amazing service, surprising what they do, it's not only about shoes and keys. I wanted a walking stick for my husband, they had a selection, I have some brogues, the backs were stiff and hard, caused blisters, lovely chap softened them for me amazing. Thank you Timpsons.

Danny at Oxted (Station Road) store was fantastic. Excellent customer service! Super attention to detail! Helpful with advice (re what would work, what best). He engraved a couple of penknives for me, one very small. Did a beautiful job which I hugely appreciated and which the recipient was absolutely over the moon with, almost moved to tears.
