How is it possible to get two completely different levels of service from the same company? I went into Timpsons in Morrisons, Canterbury spoke to the most obnoxious man (Mark) who told me I should wash my dry cleaning in my washer, when I said it wouldn’t fit in the washer he grunted at me and said it would be £26, then picked up the item and threw it on the floor.
