Incredible service in Colchester! The staff are always friendly and professional. Whether it's complex shoe restorations, quick key cutting, or watch repairs, they do a perfect job every time.
Excellent service from Lee. Presented him with a complex engraving job and he went above and beyond to get it right which after several attempts we did. Great outcome, nothing was to much trouble. Great customer service and very reasonably priced. I highly recommended Timpson
Lee was extremely helpful and fixed my watch whilst I waited. Would thoroughly recommend this branch - I have received excellent service from Lee and other colleagues on several occasions.
I’ve called up to ask if I can get my shoes repaired he said he is really busy For the next hour which is fine. I ask if I can come after the hour in which case he shouldn’t be so busy and he said he’s closing however according to the website he doesn’t close until 5:30 pm. Do these people not want your business?
