I Just went to buy a battery for a watch. Showed the old one, the staff recognized it and gave the price for one 4.50£ and i confirmed it. Paid the money. Now i was struggling to unscrew the lid of the watch to replace it. I asked if i can borrow a coin. The staff who is working today (14/12/2025 10:20) plainly said “i could have done that for you at extra COST, now i cannot give anything to help you mate” Great Customer service!!!!!

Had a difficult key that needed some spares it was Sunday and decided to use the local Timpson at Sainsburys in Hereford. On arrival a lovely smile greeted me from Jack who was on shift by himself. What a difference, this is someone who cares about what he does and he does it well. Excellent customer service, i could see he enjoyed his work and he enjoyed helping folk to get a positive out come for all concerned....i have to say he was a pleasure to deal with. Well done Jack and well done Timpsons.

Charge £19:90 for a battery for a normal car key fob when you can get it from the main dealer for maximum £6:25 fully fitted this is a complete rip off and people should know about it. It took them all of 1 minute to change the battery disgusting

Absolute joke.. Cut my keys wrong twice. Never had that anywhere!! Customer service is a joke, the 0800 number just cuts me off everyone I get through.. Will never pay their overinflated prices ever again. £6 for a key and they still cannot get it right 😡
