The man was wonderful, really knew his stuff and was able to tell me that one of my watches was real the second he lifted it. I was very impressed and he was very quick. 4 watches fixed in no time and all without a scratch or mark.
The store is located on the 4th floor. I brought my shoes that need to be glued here as I am out of contact adhesive. The staff told me to wait 30 minutes and said I don't need to pay her for the service even though I insisted. What great customer service, staff, and quality of work. In the future, I will be coming here again.
Got 2 car keys replaced asked the guy are they programmed he said all done. Took keys home they start but don’t unlock car. Took it up today and some woman was on told her and she checked the keys and she said they weren’t working but she couldn’t fix it needs to be a man worst customer service ever
Always the most welcoming and loveliest of staff! Thank you to the kind gentleman who I’m sorry I didn’t get his name (brown hair and tats) who kindly fixed my sandals for me at no cost. Smallest change but made all the difference - much appreciated :)
Broke my car key and took it into them I asked them 3/4 times will this definitely work they said yes took it home and it didn’t work had to take it to a proper locksmith and found out that they damaged my board&chip inside the key I contacted them after that and they tried to say the chip was broke before I took it into them definitely wouldn’t recommend!!
