I have taken my watch to be fixed only to be told this is a counterfeit. I have found this quite insulting as I have the full receipt and serial number!! Timpsons are not an official retailer or service centre so their assessment is obviously more of an opinion than a formal verification!!! They should not be making such bold claims about people's possessions obviously not equipped to handle this properly 🙄
I needed to cut a car key from an old fashioned car. This has proved to be such a difficult task as most shops can’t do them due to not having the machinery required apparently. Someone at another Timpsons had said they’d be able to do them in this branch. After traveling all the way there and showing my key he said he could do them but only if they’d do the programming for which they charge an astonishing fortune and which I am able to do myself. They do everything but at the same time when it comes to locksmith they are very limited, other than copying keys I've never been able to get much help, I needed a key cut to code one day they said they could do but it would take a couple of days next time they said they wouldn't do it. Depends who's serving you I suppose.
Top quality service. My key snapped in my lock and they were able to cut a new one from the snapped part. Highly recommended.
Very helpful and would not take any money for cutting a small key for my Ducati I was so shocked to be treated so well I didn't leave a tip. I do, however, fully recommend this shop and what a nice bloke Many thanks Richard
