Had to wait 1,5 weeks extra for a repair because of holiday cover, then didn't get notified that the repairs had been completed. When I rang the store to check up on my shoes, I told them I would collect after work. Only to find that they closed up at least 20min before closing time. Severely unimpressed...
Lawrence was very knowledgeable and very quick with my key cuts a battery change and took a link out of a watch all within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
Lawrence saved the day after I’d been messed around by the other branch outside Tesco.
Be aware that a number/email address for customer services isn't listed anywhere, only a faulty online form - refusing to send - so if you do have an issue there is no way to resolve it. The code for my online passport application photos didn't work. That said, the attendant in store was very helpful, and but for the technical hitch I would recommend them, especially having never had any issues on the past.
Very quick, and great service, Maria and Lawrence were very attentive.
