I have always thought Laurence was a lovely young man, so helpful, polite and courteous. Today I went in to buy some laces and witnessed his interaction with an elderly man. He was so lovely to him and offered to open the door for him when he left. In times of such unrest across the World and the awful things people do to each other, it was so lovely to see the opposite. I always say, if you can only be one thing in life be kind. Laurence was kind. People like him are precious.
