Visited to get a new battery for my watch. Was told it would be £49.50! Apparently different brands have their own prices despite it being the same battery that goes into them! I went elsewhere and paid £9. Ridiculous!!
My girlfriend and I brought in our Birkenstocks to be repaired. We needed a new base, some touch ups and a general upgrade. We paid £25 each and basically just got a new incredibly thin base added. You can tell the bare minimum time went into this repair. I don’t want to be too negative but we were extremely disappointed. Brought a watch into the shop to take some links out and also sort the time whilst he had it. Tried to mock me for not being able to set the time on the watch which I found odd. One of the links wasn’t coming out easy and he gave up and handed it back to me. Went somewhere else and they got it out easy !!
Just visited as an emergency before going on a cruise. Amazing service and so friendly. Definitely recommend and would tell anyone to visit if in need of any repair before going on holiday.
