Went into Timpsons in banbury today to get some keys cut. Aimee was vey helpful and delivered excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

This Lovely Lady is a credit to Timpsons! I had my boots re soled and heels. The boots were tired and not in good shape tbh. The lady said leave them with me… 2 hours later I received a phone call informing me my boots where done. WOW! They honestly look like a brand new pair of shoes off the shelf. Amy told me she re inked and polished my shoes. Never have I received such outstanding service.

Excellent service from Amy at this store. Not only does she brighten your day with her lovely personality but and smile but her work is also of excellent quality. Had my husbands shoes re soled and re heeled and she did an amazing job in record time. Many thanks Amy
