Now I've been to a few Timpson stores, but after being served by Andrew at the store outside Sainsbury's at Monks Cross, this one will be my go to. He is a lovely person who assured me that my watch was good to fix and that it wasn't a bother for him to do. It was definitely the best service I have received from a Timpson store.

I went to the 1240 Sainsbury’s branch in Monks Cross and I was served by Andrew. What a lovely chap! He was very kind and nothing felt like a bother - I had no idea what to do regarding my favourite pair of shoes and I didn’t know if they could be mended. Andrew took the time and patience to reassure me that he could fix them and put me right at ease!
