I wanted to leave some positive feedback for Jack at the Timpson branch near Sainsbury’s in Luton. He recently helped me and provided genuinely excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient, and clearly took pride in doing a good job. It’s becoming quite rare these days to come across someone so helpful and approachable. I visited the Timpson in Bramingham (next to Sainsbury’s) to get my boots repaired, and I couldn't be more impressed. Faye provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Her skills are top-notch, she handled the repair with precision and clearly knows her craft inside out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to quality work and helpful service. My boots are back in action and look fantastic. If you need a repair done right, go see Faye. Highly recommended!

I went in to get my car key fixed, and the young man who helped me was incredibly polite, professional, and friendly from start to finish.
