The young lady assistant was polite , patient and curious. She also managed to cut a key which appeared to be too difficult for six locksmiths and hardware stores I tried before her. I won’t make that mistake again!! Thank you so much… First port of call next time.. If I could give ten stars I would.
Poor customer service. Keys didn’t work first time, I told shop assistant exactly what was wrong but she refused to address issue and did her own minor alteration. Tried the altered key a second time and still don’t work, had to film it as evidence to show the shop assistant. She recut new set based on my original feedback and now it works. Never go here. Wasted my time driving back and forth, plus she didn’t even apologise once.
I just popped in to get a passport photo for a visa application. The service was fast, efficient, effective, and friendly. You couldn't want any more. First rate, many thanks
