I have used this branch a couple of times now. Firstly for replacement watch batteries and then I wanted a memorial plaque making. The lady was extremely helpful. She recommended battery for life for my watches which is good value for money. When I enquired about the plaque she showed me the variety available and was very sensitive and kind making sure she had all the correct details. I can highly recommend her and will certainly be using this branch again.
Did not think the service is all that and not cheap. £85 to replace with new soles. And you think after waiting like 3 months the shoes would be nicely polished but no.
My car key was absolutely obliterated and they managed to fix it by putting a new button and new shell and blade on but because it was in bad shape, they had to do some extra work but they did this quickly, explaining what they did and how it all works. The 2 guys at the store were brilliant. Reece and andy i think. Andy even walked to the car with me to make sure it worked. Credit to the company and guaranteed my return business when I need any more keys. Thanks guys. Jay
