I visited the store inside Sainsburys as my trolley coin had dropped off my key fob and wanted to buy another one. The wonderful young man in there gave me one, didn’t take any money and said, ‘have a lovely day’. How lovely to see how kind and helpful your employees always are. Thank you!
Went in hoping to get a link added to my Tissot PRX I had bought a couple of years ago. Walked up to the counter and was greeted by a friendly bloke. I explained what I needed and handed my watch over. This legend had it sorted within a minute and did it free of charge. I was more than happy to hand at least a tenner but it was on the house. Mega service, will be coming back.
Absolutely fantastic service at the Sainsbury store. Boots reheeled in 20 minutes. Customer service was excellent which was so different from my earlier visit at the Asda shop.
This branch of Timpsons is not only local for me but in the words of 'Tina Turner' - Simply The Best - Thomas, who I believe runs this branch is exceptional in his customer service 110%. He is a credit and a wonderful ambassador for Timpsons. Thank you Thomas - you are a diamond geezer!
Took my boots to be resoled and heeled. The young man was very polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure i was happy. Excellent job. 🙂
