I had a great experience at Timpson recently. I took my watch in to be resized and Thomas sorted it there and then with no hassle at all. I’ve got quite small wrists, so it took a few adjustments to get the fit just right, but Thomas was incredibly patient throughout. He never made me feel rushed and was more than happy to keep tweaking it until it was perfect. Really friendly service and a genuinely lovely guy couldn’t recommend enough.

Thomas at Timpson in the Sainsbury’s store in Lincoln was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful, professional, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.
