I visited the store inside Sainsburys as my trolley coin had dropped off my key fob and wanted to buy another one. The wonderful young man in there gave me one, didn’t take any money and said, ‘have a lovely day’. How lovely to see how kind and helpful your employees always are. Thank you!
Dan, The car key man has just amazed and dumb founded me, saving me so much money and helped me out so much, fixing my car key that I was qouted a ridiculous price for. Restoring my faith in humanity and more. Thank you! I appreciate you! Highly recomend this shop if this man is working there.
Went in hoping to get a link added to my Tissot PRX I had bought a couple of years ago. Walked up to the counter and was greeted by a friendly bloke. I explained what I needed and handed my watch over. This legend had it sorted within a minute and did it free of charge. I was more than happy to hand at least a tenner but it was on the house. Mega service, will be coming back.
Absolutely fantastic service at the Sainsbury store. Boots reheeled in 20 minutes. Customer service was excellent which was so different from my earlier visit at the Asda shop.
Took my boots to be resoled and heeled. The young man was very polite and friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure i was happy. Excellent job. 🙂
