Great experience and service from my local Timpsons located inside the Morrisons at Leyland, Lancs. Very friendly and accommodating. Keys quickly cut and a great 3 for 2 offer! Many thanks x

Do not use completely useless and rude. Checked closing times on Saturday 3rd April and turned up 45 minutes before closing. When i arrived the woman behind then counter ignored me and was counting the till, this went on for 10 minutes without acknowledgement, a simple I'll be with you in a minute would of been ok. I then made my enquiry and was told I was to late even though it was still 30 minutes until closing. Very very poor customer service.

Got a new key cut for my son for school, however after having problems with the key due to an old lock (barrel turned wrong, also did it with a key cut from another cutters), I decided to replace my front door assembly (same day) got 3 new original Yale keys. I took the keys with me to Morrison's Timpsons explained what I had to do to the lock, the lady was more than happy to replace the key free of charge. Very happy.

Being using this shop for years, Ann Marie and Tracy are very helpful and professional in everything they do. Will do what they can to help always. Wouldn’t listen to the negatives on here as I wouldn’t use anywhere else
