I don't think I've ever seen a friendlier, more helpful member of staff. Tai helped out 3 customers ahead of me ahead of closing time and was quick, polite, friendly and very helpful. Brightened my day! Thank you
Excellent service, Tai was fab, did everything we needed in less than 2 minutes, amazing! Thank you so much!
Had a key done for my van initially at Charlton branch but it wasn't fitted correctly, was loose and the blade came out of the fob, took it here and the guy cut me a new blade and fitted it properly, thanks very much appreciated!! The guy there was very helpful!!
Alfie was exceptionally professional and patient, as my request was not the easiest job. However, he was extremely resilient with the job and completed it to a high standard. I will be returning for further jobs required in the future. Regards, Maame
I came in to have my watch metal strap shortened as I couldn’t do it myself. It was done in just a minute, and when I tried it on and found it a bit tight, he quickly adjusted it again and added a link to make it fit perfectly. Great, fast, and friendly service!
