This place is never open and closes long before its closing time. Very unreliable service. The "owner" is rude and beyond delusional. I once had a pair of shoes repaired here and was not 100% satisfied. The member of staff who served me that day said he would like to make it up to me so he gave me a "voucher", basically a handwritten note explaining what happened with the shoes and that I will get 50% discount on my next time. I came in to have my watch metal strap shortened as I couldn’t do it myself. It was done in just a minute, and when I tried it on and found it a bit tight, he quickly adjusted it again and added a link to make it fit perfectly. Great, fast, and friendly service!

Wow! absolutely blown away by the service I received from Evan at Timpson Woolwich today (29/04/25)! I work in customer service myself, so my standards are high, but Evan genuinely impressed me. He was so friendly, professional, and made the whole key-cutting process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and cares about every customer. Excellent customer service! I called ahead to check if they had car key batteries in stock. The staff member not only confirmed availability but also remembered me when I arrived. Friendly, helpful, and efficient—couldn’t ask for better!

Just had an outstanding customer service experience from Tai! He was friendly and charismatic, and even managed to upsell me! Tai spoke in the same friendly manner to all customers, and worked quickly and efficiently to provide the best service to everyone. He clearly enjoys his work and has given me a very positive impression of the brand.
