Had a key done for my van initially at Charlton branch but it wasn't fitted correctly, was loose and the blade came out of the fob, took it here and the guy cut me a new blade and fitted it properly, thanks very much appreciated!! The guy there was very helpful!!

This place is never open and closes long before its closing time. Very unreliable service. The "owner" is rude and beyond delusional. I once had a pair of shoes repaired here and was not 100% satisfied. The member of staff who served me that day said he would like to make it up to me so he gave me a "voucher", basically a handwritten note explaining what happened with the shoes and that I will get 50% discount on my next time. Excellent customer service from Tai ! Sorted out my bag zip issue swiftly and he left a really positive impression with his friendly and charismatic energy to help. Seeing the other reviews about Tai, screams the same message - he's in his natural element, delivers and is a great asset to the Timpson brand.

I came in to have my watch metal strap shortened as I couldn’t do it myself. It was done in just a minute, and when I tried it on and found it a bit tight, he quickly adjusted it again and added a link to make it fit perfectly. Great, fast, and friendly service!

Alfie was exceptionally professional and patient, as my request was not the easiest job. However, he was extremely resilient with the job and completed it to a high standard. I will be returning for further jobs required in the future. Regards, Maame
