If you want a watch battery replacement I’d avoid this place. Went in today and was quoted £32! Walked 5 mins into town got it done in a jewellers for £12.50 with a year’s guarantee. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask.. Shop around..
Advice for management as respectfully as possible: if you are advertising a list of services (with no conditions added regarding specific times and days available), it's not particularly acceptable to only have one staff member working if that staff member hasn't been trained to perform some of those services. Exceptional customer service, one very happy customer!
Brought in my husbands wedding present, a watch the be engraved for our wedding day. The bloke scratched the watch by putting masking tape on it. Then went to do a trial engraving and it went through to the watch and bodged it. Watch was never repaired, denied they scratched it even though it was on CCTV. Then the complaints handling team made it even worse, never replied and extremely rude. Started blaming me at one point?
