Terrible service, staff in shop friendly but ordered keys and was told I would be called in a week to Collect. that was 3 weeks ago. Been back told they would look into finding the keys or reorder and call with an update but I am still waiting. I don't have time to keep going back to the shop and the number on the website doesn't work.

My car key snapped and I was in total panic mode. I managed to get to Timpson’s in Borehamwood Tesco and the lovely man replaced my key for me. I am so grateful, he went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Went to change a watch battery for my sons Raymond Weil watch today. I felt totally ripped off when I was charged either £38 for a 1 year warranty or just under £50 for a so called lifetime warranty. Last time I changed a watch battery by an independent shop it was £10. Battery is a standard one probably cost £1 to £2 max and 2 mins to swop over. I got 2 keys cut, it was for a front door and a back door cylinder keys, £9 each. Only one of them worked, so I had to go back with the second key. He tried again, saying this is definitely the one, and once again, the key didn't fit. It was pouring rain, and I just couldn't be bothered to go back again, so I just didn't bother. I lost £9 and got soaked standing in the rain, trying to check the keys. What a waist of time and money.
