Went in last week to get a key cut for a car wash at work. The man looked for ages, and said he found a blank that was close. I said, doesn't it need to be exact? He said, well usually yes. So, I was a bit wary. He cut the small key, I paid £9.00 for it and left. Guess what...it didn't work. So, he shouldn't really have sold it to us.

I have to say I had an absolute pleasant experience at this shop I checked out the reviews and seen some unpleasant things said about the man that works here but I have to say my experience was 5⭐️ I bought some cowboy boots from a car boot to sell on eBay for a profit and thanks to his quality work giving them new souls and heels hopefully we will be able to do so

Went in and asked for 2 small services on two watches, and The customer service was appalling! I was served by Carl and each request was followed by a sign and an eye roll I bet he's a barrel of laughs to go down the pub with Will not be returning

The most miserable, unhelpful customer service I have ever experienced. £38 for a watch battery that took less than 30 seconds to install. £12 for the cheapest engraved dog tag, the workmanship looks like it was carried out by a 4 year old. If the guy is unhappy in his job he should consider an alternative occupation.
