Just went in to get a small part for my watch strap fixed. So professional, the job was done within five minutes and the cost while they are almost paid me for it Definitely recommend this branch. They’ve got just what you need for your watch repairs or key cutting or just about anything else like that definitely recommend wish I could give them six stars.
Perfectly located in the middle of York with a great selection of all the essential services. We were in a hurry and the staff were kind enough to break off from some high-end watch engraving to provide us with a copy key in just 5 minutes.
Got specific passport photos done really quickly about 20 mins before closing. Carl was really friendly, professional, and accommodating.
Carl 'the boss' is a legend! He fixed my heel in seconds when I was quite desperate right before an important event! The customer service was perfect.
Arrived at 3.30pm on Sunday to get some passport photos, website says they’re open until 4pm and offer photos but the very unhelpful staff member said that he’s closing in 5 minutes and he’s just a colleague, nothing he can do. Appalling attitude and lost business, will be avoiding in future.
