I went in today as my shoe had separated at the toe. The lovely kind gentleman Carl managed to glue it back for me and also gave my shoes a little clean as well. Due to his kindness, I will be returning to get them done properly when I have another pair of shoes on. He is an asset to the company and I hope Karma repays him for his kindness. Thanks to him I was able to continue my walking adventures ( 9 miles done today!) Thank you Carl and Timpsons
I needed to have our house key cut due to losing one of the originals however, the key gave us much trouble as it wasn't working on multiple attempts. The staff were very helpful, they didn't give up too soon and kept offering alternative options to try and get the key right. I'm thankful to everyone who helped especially Carl who was very professional and empathetic with my key issue. Eventually got a key that worked and I'm so happy with this. THANK YOU TIMPSON.
Very helpful young man working on Thursday. Assisted me promptly helping me use the photo machine. It was quick, simple (because he helped me, I’m useless at stuff like that) and I got my photos in minutes. Thank you very much
They were lovely when I first went in to ask about a repair for my bracelet. Told me it would take 2-3 weeks and I would be texted when it was ready for collection. That was on the 1st of April. I rang on the 20th April to ask for an update to be told it’s sat in their safe, not repaired as they were not able to do it, however had not texted me despite taking my number. Had some rather sad looking but much loved shoes repaired today, and what a fantastic job they did, he even very kindly cleaned them for me, they looked like a new pair! So grateful, thank you!
