Just popped in for a basic battery change, Was quoted £ 20 and told that the watch will not be waterproof after the battery change??????? It is a 200 meters rated diver s watch, The market place in York has done all my battery changes for £ 6.00 And the watches are still waterproof... Save yourself some money And head off a few meters away, The market place watch repair kiosk.
I went in today as my shoe had separated at the toe. The lovely kind gentleman Carl managed to glue it back for me and also gave my shoes a little clean as well. Due to his kindness, I will be returning to get them done properly when I have another pair of shoes on. He is an asset to the company and I hope Karma repays him for his kindness. Thanks to him I was able to continue my walking adventures ( 9 miles done today!) Thank you Carl and Timpsons
You can guarantee outstanding customer service at this Timpsons. They will provide sensible advice by prioritizing customer needs over their own bottom line. For example, they recommended avoiding a costly repair when other businesses wouldn’t think twice about taking your money. I’ve also witnessed them manage high volumes of often impatient customers with professional ease, and promptly rectify issues when something goes wrong.
Very helpful young man working on Thursday. Assisted me promptly helping me use the photo machine. It was quick, simple (because he helped me, I’m useless at stuff like that) and I got my photos in minutes. Thank you very much
Great service and really friendly and helpful, came in because my blood glucose monitor's batteries had died, I wasn't sure what batteries I needed, but they helped me figure it out changed them and even cleaned the contact points. Great service in a minor emergency would totally recommend, thanks guys
