This is the Bedford Shopping Centre Timpsons. I popped in for two keys and some advice on remote car keys. As always brilliant service - I never go anywhere else for my keys and shoe repairs. The chap who served me was great - nice sense of humour and went out of his way to help me.
Visited Timpson in Bedford Howard Centre yesterday for watch repair. Debbie could not have been more helpful or cheerful. Full marks to her - a great representative for Timpson brand. These comments apply equally to Dean in the Biggleswde Sainsbury’s branch who looked after us today.
Mike is great! Very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. I love coming to the Bedford Harpur centre store, always welcomed with smile :)
Personally very nice person. Quick repaired my shoes. I'm recomend to everyone. Job done nicely.
Cameron was brilliant and very helpful. Our little boy is on oxygen and needed his passport photos taken and Cameron was so patient and helpful! Really made us feel at ease even when the shop got busy. Would come back just because of his customer service. Thank you!
