Went for passport photos & he was so helpful especially with my wife having big curly hair, took a few pics to ensure he got one that would pass, we came back after shopping and all ready for us, Real customer service
Absolute rip off charged £10 to put a back on a watch and said if he realised what kind off watch it was then would have charged more taking advantage off customers is not on.wife came home really upset.on her birthday will not be back poor customer service

Went to get 5 heart urns engraved whilst I knew it may be difficult with the shape of them (had to re engrave 2 of them) and they did fantastic! Great friendly staff too..
They tried to change my car fob made a mess of it and lying to me terrible
