Went for passport photos & he was so helpful especially with my wife having big curly hair, took a few pics to ensure he got one that would pass, we came back after shopping and all ready for us, Real customer service
Went to get 5 heart urns engraved whilst I knew it may be difficult with the shape of them (had to re engrave 2 of them) and they did fantastic! Great friendly staff too..
Superb service, took my watch in to get a few links out(before closing then). Job done in 10mins. Brilliant.
Took my wife’s watch in to get battery changed and he only took £20, she got it changed once before in Buchanan Galleries and because it was an expensive one they told her it would cost £80 which she paid as watch was from our girls as a special gift so anything we have ever went there for it was always a pleasure get a wee chat as well while you wait.
The service was excellent and the plaque done was just wonderful and I have no objection in using the store again John pittendreigh resident in kilsyth north lanarkshire
