It is way too expensive place to go for the price of a key cut. I initially assumed it was a franchise. One of the employees informed me today that it is not a franchise and that the company owns it. The location is ideal with many shoppers passing through. That is the sole reason I go there. When I have a large number of keys to cut, I will probably go somewhere else in town.

Awful service that left me with a wrecked pair of leather boots. A man told me to come back the next day despite me coming in mid-day and when I came the next day to pick up the boots, the woman working there had no idea about any repairs being done. She then rushed the job, which wrecked the soles of the boots (original price over £100) - and I had to hang around the shop for nearly an hour as I waited. Really great service and quickly got my key cut. Lady was friendly, helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. Very local for me and price wasn’t too bad. Thanks!
