Great service. Had a watch that had broken on the strap and was fixed while we did our shopping. Will definitely use again
I went in on Saturday May 16th 2026 to have links taken out of my watch,they were very difficult links.We were served by a young trainee who had never done those links before & though the links were difficult he removed them very well.My new watch now fits my small wrist.
It is way too expensive place to go for the price of a key cut. I initially assumed it was a franchise. One of the employees informed me today that it is not a franchise and that the company owns it. The location is ideal with many shoppers passing through. That is the sole reason I go there. When I have a large number of keys to cut, I will probably go somewhere else in town.
Couldn't help with shoe stretching but the young man working in there was very polite.
Been very happy with Timpson for 16 years, what I love is that every shop around the country country give the same high level of support and product. I travel all over the country. Thanks
