I came today to get a battery for my car key as my husband was stuck with the car alarm going off at a local park. The door was locked and a man appeared and said he was on his lunch break and would be back at half past. I asked where the nearest place was and explained the story and he said he would open up and get it sorted. I got his name… thank you so much Nick, I will definitely be back to use Timpson again!

I brought the key yesterday to make a copy, the key was standard. They gave me a wrong key and more expensive than elsewhere. I don't recommend it

Went to get keys cut at 5.50pm today, arrived at the same time as another person. Colleague behind the counter was friendly, kindly served us both efficiently and stayed a couple of minutes after closing to finish my order. Thank you so much!

Went there to get keys cut they charged me £18 for two keys. Another timpson branch charged me for the same two keys £6.60 few days ago. No idea why they charged me almost three times more than the other one. Never go this branch again.

I had 26 sports trophies that needed new labels engraved on them in a short space of time. Sam (1243) was great at the Timpson store in Bagshot. She understood my requirements with ease despite the complex nature of the tournament we run and the various categories we have. The labels were engraved and stuck on to the trophies exactly as I needed them, and was completed a day early which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Sam for the excellent customer service.
