I took my expensive watch for a battery replacement and paid £25 which I thought was expensive for a battery. When i got home I noticed that two of my hands are loose on my smaller dials. This morning I took the watch back to the store and he plainly refused to fix it as he claims he was not working on the face. I actually saw him taking the mechanism out and putting it back in. There was 100% no issues with the watch apart from the battery when I took it in the first time. Very disappointed.

I came today to get a battery for my car key as my husband was stuck with the car alarm going off at a local park. The door was locked and a man appeared and said he was on his lunch break and would be back at half past. I asked where the nearest place was and explained the story and he said he would open up and get it sorted. I got his name… thank you so much Nick, I will definitely be back to use Timpson again!

Went to get keys cut at 5.50pm today, arrived at the same time as another person. Colleague behind the counter was friendly, kindly served us both efficiently and stayed a couple of minutes after closing to finish my order. Thank you so much!

Your assistant at Timpsons Bracknell deserves a special shout out. He replaced my car's fob battery AND synchronised it as well. My husband died in January and I would not have known what to do. He stopped me panicking and got me home safely. I can't praise him highly enough for his kindness and reassurance.
