Efficient and fast service. Went in for watch battery repairs and strap replacement. Had real leather straps available in store. Was able to do the cleaning and vattery replacement immediately as we went shopping. Professional, smart and human service with fair price.
I had a very good customer service experience from Mohammad today. I just purchased a new watch from the Argos inside Sainsburys and needed it adjusted. Mohammed was very courteous and handled my new watch with care! So a massive thank you for that. I'll be coming back for your other services!
WARNING: My special watch was damaged by this branch. My special watch is kept in a box and I have only worn it a few times - I came to this branch to get a new battery for my special watch. I walked in and the guy was eating a greasy sandwich whilst he was fixing other watches which should have been alarm bells. After he changed the battery and I came to collect it - there was 1 scratch mark and the chain had warped, both of which were not there before as well as a large oily stain on the gold metal strap which was not the... read more
Great service. The guy running it is super friendly, professional and quick. Two keys cut for me in less than 5 mins and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
