Efficient and fast service. Went in for watch battery repairs and strap replacement. Had real leather straps available in store. Was able to do the cleaning and battery replacement immediately as we went shopping. Professional, smart and human service with fair price.
Excellent service from Reece at the Beckton Sainsbury's branch. Needed a few keys cut, one of the keys was a bit awkward and an exact match wasn't available so Reece who runs it ordered the correct one and offered to cut the closest match he had at no extra cost. He took my number so he would let me know when the better match came in, in case the one he cut didn't work. Very very helpful.
I had a very good customer service experience from Mohammad today. I just purchased a new watch from the Argos inside Sainsburys and needed it adjusted. Mohammed was very courteous and handled my new watch with care! So a massive thank you for that. I'll be coming back for your other services!
I requested one key cut but was charged for two. Please check your receipts before leaving. The gentleman was really pleasant though hence the two stars.
I had 3 rings resized here. The service was outstanding and the rings returned spotless and perfect. Excellent price point too.
