Efficient and fast service. Went in for watch battery repairs and strap replacement. Had real leather straps available in store. Was able to do the cleaning and battery replacement immediately as we went shopping. Professional, smart and human service with fair price.
I had a very good customer service experience from Mohammad today. I just purchased a new watch from the Argos inside Sainsburys and needed it adjusted. Mohammed was very courteous and handled my new watch with care! So a massive thank you for that. I'll be coming back for your other services!

Did not have a good experience here, Firstly taking a Hammer and hammering a pin into the watch is not the way to treat an expensive piece of jewellery or time piece. This is exactly what I experience, steel on steel was always going to cause damage to the item. The guy working there should have known. Cover the hammer or use something solid like plastic or rubber in-between. This is basic knowledge !!! WARNING: My special watch was damaged by this branch. My special watch is kept in a box and I have only worn it a few times - I came to this branch to get a new battery for my special watch. I walked in and the guy was eating a greasy sandwich whilst he was fixing other watches which should have been alarm bells.
