They do not offer leather repair for tears or holes, but were at least quick to say as much, so little time was wasted. Hard to claim they offer "full" shoe service and repairs under those conditions, though.
Above and beyond quality customer service. Despite being overwhelmed with customers, Gary made sure I got my keys cut to a working standard, regardless of how niche and problematic the process turned out to be. He made sure I left with the pairs I had asked for, while giving a spare free of charge! Would definitely recommend!

I popped in today enquiring about jewellery repairs, Gary was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. He went out of his way in his explanations and gave me a few recommendations. Heavily recommend!
Came in to fix the broken heels on both my boots, the guy was so friendly and helpful and didn't charge me at all for the procedure as it took under 5 minutes!! So handy for people onba schedule and will be back!
