Went to Timpsons in Rutherglen/Cambusland to get a few photos printed. The girl behind the till was magic! Helpful, knowledgeable and all round good at her job! Cheers 👍
Staff is not trained properly for changing watch batteries and advising to go to other Timpsons. It would be nice to have all services covered as in other stores.
Got a key cut at the Timpson's besides central station and the guy there gave me the wrong kind of key TWICE. These guys in Cambuslang (Alasdair and his colleague whose name I can't remember) immediately sorted the problem and saved me stress from the past few days in 5 minutes. Big up
