Fabulous customer service. Very quick cutting my key but, then explained that he had to adapt a different blank because my original key was no longer stocked. I was then told to try it in the lock & If it worked, come back to pay 😳 .... otherwise just throw it away. I was so impressed & it has ensured that I will always use Timpson from now on (probably this same kiosk if truth be told).

Stuart at the Asda Timpson Hereford store went above and beyond to help me on Saturday. I filled up at Asda and my car would not start. I was moved to the side and called AA. I then walked to Timpson’s as my car key seemed damaged. Stuart immediately recognised the issue and walked with me to the petrol station to look for missing part. We found it and Stuart put the key together (temporary fix) which allowed me start the car. Stuart said I needed whole new key but this was not possible at the Asda store. Incorrectly cut my keys and offered no apology or customer service for the inconvenience when returned for a refund. Disgusting.

I have always used Timpsons for keys but my experience with your branch at ASDA hereford means it is highly unlikely I will ever use your services again. This is my third visit to the kiosk after having six keys cut and every visit has been disappointing with a complete lack or customer service, professionalism or any care towards the customer or brand. Of the six keys I had cut four of them have been wrong. The first two i saw as soon as I left the kiosk, the new keys were the wrong way round compared to the original. I ha... read more
