I would highly recommend going to this Timpsons. I had handed in a very sentimental ring to be re-sized and I had asked if it was possible for a bent area in the ring to be repaired. The man was super helpful from start to finish. I picked up my ring today and I am delighted with the job they have done and the service I have received. Thank you
EXCELLENT SERVICE from Alex. My friend and I went to Timpsons at Asda nr Straiton. My friend needed a plaque for her late boyfriends urn who had committed suicide the month before. Alex could not have been more compassionate or understanding whilst at the same time helping keep the mood light so he wouldn't upset her. He did exactly what she wanted, let her fit it there in case she required his assistance and then told her there was no charge. He then wished her well.
