Excellent and friendly service. I have had a new key cut and a new watch strap fitted in the past two weeks. Very handy unit outside of my local Asda. The guy who works there is lovely and helpful.
Visited for a battery change in my watch and to have a couple of keys cut. Service was fast, friendly but professional. Good price too. Excellent service.
Helped mend my metal watchstrap, really lovely man. Such a relief and no 6 weeks wait to be sent off to manufacturer repairs.
Awful experience today. Hugely lacking customer service and 2 attempts at cutting a key have failed. Avoid - Westgate Branch have been much more helpful.
Alec helped with my phone repair, done a top job and a really friendly guy, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!
