I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen yesterday who rescued my shoes which had been previously repaired at another Timpsons, but the heel had gone again. He sorted them out healed my heels and showed me good “soles” (souls) out there! Thank you Steve for being a top bloke!! Dawn xxx
