Stellar service from the team - warm, friendly and offered at a reasonable price as well! I went in looking to get my curtains custom-cut and the staff managed to see to my request in the most expeditious manner! I look forward to returning in future.

Gary at the Asda Roehampton Timpson's branch {5699} provided incredible service. He efficiently and patiently fixed my watch, when other watch stores had either decided it was too difficult or wanted to charge exorbitant prices. A great customer experience and I highly recommend the branch.
Waited 45 minutes after the time the clock says on the door and no one came back, customer support were just as unreliable when called
I’ve had to return to this store three times just to get three keys cut correctly, which is quite ridiculous. Even after all that effort, only two of the keys actually work—the third still doesn’t. During my third visit, I asked for a refund, given the time and inconvenience. However, the young woman working there told me I needed to show the original tiny receipt—something that’s easy to misplace, considering it’s about 5x5cm.
