I've been here a couple of times, and Jannat has always been incredibly kind and welcoming. Even today, she greeted me with the same warm smile, which really makes the experience feel special. She once helped me with my shoe as well, and although it was quite a while ago and I didn't get the chance to properly thank her then, I've always remembered her kindness. Really lovely service and genuinely warm hospitality every time. Highly recommended!
Went in earlier today for a shoe repair. The gentleman (Sam) was very kind and warm. He offered to repair the shoes for free and I even managed to collect them on the same day. Many thanks for the kind gesture, very nice of him!
Today, I was served by Jannat, in the Timpson branch, located outside of the Asda branch at Roehampton. I took some watches in for battery replacement. Jannat knew exactly what she needed to do and wasted no time in getting the job done. What a lovely, young lady, so helpful, polite and professional. I would most certainly not hesitate to go there in the future.
I went today morning to Timpson Roehampton and gentleman was late with opening shop and was very unhelpful. Few minutes later I went to Timpson New malden and I received amazing customer service and staff was excellent. Definitely I will back to New Malden. I'm leaving next to Roehampton store but I,will never back there.
