Went in earlier today for a shoe repair. The gentleman (Sam) was very kind and warm. He offered to repair the shoes for free and I even managed to collect them on the same day. Many thanks for the kind gesture, very nice of him!
Today, I was served by Jannat, in the Timpson branch, located outside of the Asda branch at Roehampton. I took some watches in for battery replacement. Jannat knew exactly what she needed to do and wasted no time in getting the job done. What a lovely, young lady, so helpful, polite and professional. I would most certainly not hesitate to go there in the future.
I went today morning to Timpson Roehampton and gentleman was late with opening shop and was very unhelpful. Few minutes later I went to Timpson New malden and I received amazing customer service and staff was excellent. Definitely I will back to New Malden. I'm leaving next to Roehampton store but I,will never back there.

Stellar service from the team - warm, friendly and offered at a reasonable price as well! I went in looking to get my curtains custom-cut and the staff managed to see to my request in the most expeditious manner! I look forward to returning in future.
