Took my black suede court shoes to be re-heeled. The man who served me was very helpful, completed the job in around 15 minutes whilst I did some shopping, and now my shoes look as good as new. Excellent service.
I came in today date 11th July 2025 and was totally shocked with the conditions your assistant Jordan was working under, in this extreme heat wave. The fan he had was totally inadequate and useless, I was only in there for approximately 10 minutes and i was struggling with the extreme temperatures.This needs to be looked into as soon as possible. Even working under these conditions he gave excellent customer service throughout my visit.
Lovely, professional service. Got a car key cut, staff were very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. Even went to my car after to make sure everything worked before charging me which was really assuring. Would always recommend a Timpsons store!
