Took a blazer in today that has just arrived mail order and was very creased from being in the parcel. Rachel pressed it beautifully for me whilst I did a bit of shopping, she was ever so polite and friendly and has done a super job. She wouldn't take payment for it as it "only took a few minutes". Absolutely fabulous service, really above and beyond. Thank you ever so much, much appreciated, from a loyal future repeat customer!
I went in store to print a photograph but it didn’t come out very well. Jo spent quite a while sorting the machine out and after a 3rd attempt the photo came out perfectly. Thank you for your perseverance Jo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thought "how bad can it be" when i saw reviews. Lady asked me for 100£ to fit a crown back on an old watch and said she must send it away cause she cant do it there. Went to Prags in Marple 10 min drive from there and a gentleman there fitted it back for free.
Went here to get a key cut after snapping my conservatory door key. It was my only copy and the door was left unlocked, so very important I get it replaced quickly. The lady here told me I needed a special machine and would need to go into town to have it replaced. Made it sound like a very difficult task. I visited a different (actually smaller) timpsons who replaced the key in less than 5 minutes and rolled his eyes at the notion of me needing a special machine.
My grandma wanted a photo album for Christmas so I went to print out photos for it. Out of the photos I selected, I had to unselect loads as the price was ridiculous. I ended up printing out 45 photos (the album holds 200) so not even half full for £27.00. To be honest I think £27.00 for 45 photos is ridiculous, no offer of any discounts, nothing. My sister said you should have used "free prints", I totally should have, I feel like I've been well and truly ripped off.
