Went here to get a key cut after snapping my conservatory door key. It was my only copy and the door was left unlocked, so very important I get it replaced quickly. The lady here told me I needed a special machine and would need to go into town to have it replaced. Made it sound like a very difficult task. I visited a different (actually smaller) timpsons who replaced the key in less than 5 minutes and rolled his eyes at the notion of me needing a special machine.

My grandma wanted a photo album for Christmas so I went to print out photos for it. Out of the photos I selected, I had to unselect loads as the price was ridiculous. I ended up printing out 45 photos (the album holds 200) so not even half full for £27.00. To be honest I think £27.00 for 45 photos is ridiculous, no offer of any discounts, nothing. My sister said you should have used "free prints", I totally should have, I feel like I've been well and truly ripped off.

Went in store to see if they could replace the small metal tab of my zip, they said they’d have to replace the whole entire zip and send it away for 2 weeks and would cost £30, so i just bought a small bag of tabs on amazon for £2 and these work just fine

Absolutely useless. Waited a long time at the counter for someone to arrive. Gave them the key I wanted cutting. They muttered to themselves for a while and looked cluelessly at a wall of keys and a computer screen. “You’ll have to go to the one in Stockport”. Thanks. Waste of a journey. Waste of time.

Had the zippers on my roof tent canvas replaced and cleaned, Kristy and Cath were wonderful and very helpful in sorting it out for me as it's a rather large and unconventional item, but now it's ready for camping season again
